Satisfaction Policy
InvitationIllustrated.com offers full-color proof prior to developing any order. Your digital stationery gives you an opportunity to see the layout, photo, text, dates, times, etc. Minor changes can be made to your order at no additional charge.
All final proof must be approved by an authorizing signature in order to process your order.
If there are any typographical errors on your final invitation, please call our customer service department or e-mail us to reprint your order immediately. If the error was also on the approved proof, there will be an extra charge to reprint your order.
Our goal is to offer Satisfaction Guarantee on any InvitationsIllustrated customized digital invitations or announcement cards and we are committed to providing you with the very best service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or service you have received, please contact us and we will do whatever it takes to resolve the issue to maintain you as a satisfied customer.

Response to e-mail
Upon receipt of your email, we will respond within 24 business hours and will provide a confirmation number within one business day. The confirmation will indicate that we have successfully processed the order, or indicate any issues we may have found. Each order is quality checked for completeness.
Your email address is valued as private information and will not be sold to other organizations. At times we may send out our promotion to your email address, however, you reserve the right to opt-out of future email promotions from InvitationsIllustrated.
Processing Orders
We will process your order within one business day of receipt and send your order to production. Allow 4 to 5 weeks to complete your order. Rush orders take approximately 2 weeks to complete. If there are any questions with your order, we will notify you via e-mail or phone to ensure we have the complete order as intended.
Payment Plans:
We accept money orders, VISA, Master Card and American Express.
- For rush orders please pay by credit card.
- We require a 60% deposit to process your order.
- Remaining balance must be paid after approval of the proof and before your order is printed.
- Shipping and handling charges will be given before a complete order is send to you.

When you order digital photo invitations, a written permission form must be obtained from the photographer of your pictures whether a professional photographer, friend, or family member takes it. Without written permission invitations cannot be printed. Please see details on a special page Release form.
You cannot reproduce any unlicensed trademarks, service marks, or logos onto printed materials and merchandise via the InvitationsIllustrated.com Web site. Words, names, and designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The owner of a trademark, service mark, or logo has the exclusive use and reproduction rights.
The same policy applies for copyrights. You cannot use unlicensed copyrighted materials from artists, photographers, publishers, writers, composers, and other authors of original works. The copyright owner's exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work
